Cala Mayor Penthouse
The Cala Mayor Penthouse has some of the most beautiful views over the bay I have ever seen. We are renovating two units here and will be renting them out soon.
It doesn’t get any better than this sea view
I guess I don’t really need to write much about it… The views from the Cala Mayor Penthouse are incredible. You look out over the entire bay. The entire long front façade of both penthouses faces the sea.
Cala Mayor Penthouse - The essence of Mallorca
Yesterday, in a team meeting, we talked about what really defines our properties. Pilar, our interior designer, said it was about the “essence of Mallorca”. It was also about the fact that almost all of us are not originally from Mallorca. And that, in a way, we’re all looking for something here.
In the end, it always comes down to the weather. To light, sun, and views. And that’s when it occurred to me that I could show you the views from two penthouses we bought in Cala Major at the beginning of the year.
One penthouse is about 150m2, the smaller one around 60m2. The large apartment comes with a rooftop terrace almost the same size, plus a full-length front balcony; the smaller apartment has two generous balconies.
But before I ramble on any further, I’ll let a few photos from my colleague Israel do the talking:
The rooftop terrace is amazing! But as you can see, there’s still a whole lot of work ahead of us and the team at MCM Architektur.
