From the Predator Team “with love”
The Predator Team defines its work: purity, feeling, understanding, love of detail and, above all, authenticity.
Recently, the entire team got together to talk about what we feel in relation to the brand, but above all in relation to who we are.The Predator Team defines its thoughts on work and what describes it best:

The team consists largely of people who come from abroad or from mainland Spain and have settled on the island. This raised the question:
Why Mallorca?
The answer is obvious: because of the purity it radiates, because of its light, because of the quality of life it offers. In each of our projects, we try to convey the island’s purity.
Who are we? What are we like?
Each of us understands, from the bottom of our hearts, the sense of excitement a new place brings; we feel the desire to bring out the best of the island through a love of detail and to give the customer a new place they can call home. We are friendly because we support one another to bring out the best for the company and for each individual. We are empathetic when deciding on our new projects; we pay attention to the details in our properties, the details in our service and, as our most important driving force: we love what we do. Probably one of the most important drivers of the quality of our work.
