Outdoor areas — stay outside!
Especially in times like these, outdoor areas are even more relevant to us than they already are in Spain anyway.
How we envision outdoor areas
Design of the outdoor areas for Molinar Townhouse. Outdoor areas are even more relevant to us than they already are in Spain anyway. And now we are finished with our designs for the rooftop terrace with breathtaking sea views as well as the inner courtyard with a private pool.
Outdoor areas, individually
The colour concept in each case is based on the colour concept of the house, because we build each of our houses individually. I especially like the “camouflage net” for the rooftop terrace because it is a very lightweight structure that provides perfect protection from the sun and still brings a certain lightness and transparency with it. Looking forward to your opinion!
This is one of the first proposals for the outdoor design of the Molinar Townhouse project.
- tejido air for the awning
- Mallorcan “piedra seca” for the terrace
- Exterior design
