Working in Palma – start growing your start-up!

Does working in Palma appeal to you? Whether you want to take your start-up to the next level or are looking for a cool co-working space. Don’t miss out …

Working in Palma. And in this fantastic building. Until now it was a youth hostel, but the owners no longer wanted it. We’ve now signed and are acquiring the property to enable founders to grow their start-up better and more successfully here, together with a team of old hands (yes, that’s what we are by now …) from a wide range of disciplines.
So: What we’re designing here will be a mix of an active incubator and a co-working space. Of course, “befittingly” next to the Royal Palace and only a stone’s throw from the Cathedral.
A beautiful neoclassical period building. With great balconies. Roof terraces. Wonderful views. But for once, it’s not about living—it’s about working in Palma!

Experience in commerce and technology

Specifically, on topics that, from our point of view, can often be closely connected to commerce and technology. Because that’s where we have particularly extensive experience and networks to contribute. And we can certainly help take a few shortcuts. My wish would be for the founders to be able to focus fully on their day-to-day business. And, in particular, to largely avoid financing rounds. Or at least to be able to carry them out professionally and successfully with our support.
The idea therefore was: Less, but done properly. If a concept convinces us, we’d like to provide founders with all the tools and assets. And mostly directly on site. So that you can simply walk into the next office to get your question answered. Maybe even for a while with a mask… But certainly more efficient and time-saving than always having to set up a call for everything.

Working in Palma: focus on the business

From my own entrepreneurial experience, I know the flow you have to get into. And that’s exactly what I want to make possible. Focus on the business. Help with the peripheral topics that are nevertheless important. Finance, law, taxes—and, if there’s no knack for it, marketing and product as well.
I’m currently setting up this idea. I already have commitments from two top people who want to join in. I’m still courting others, because I want to be able to offer our founders the best “old-hands team” they could possibly wish for. The time horizon ahead is still two years plus. If you’d like to discuss it informally, feel free to send me a message!
Best regards from Palma,
Arnd
