WIP03 – Pre-installations

Today we would like to show you what technical standard the pre-installations our construction companies are preparing for you.

And on we go! Today we’ll show you what technical standard we pursue with the pre-installations in our projects.
Countless empty conduits and installations will later be hidden behind the double wall layers. The townhouses have a KNX bus system, so that the house can be controlled and monitored even when you are away or remotely. A highest-quality network installation. Thermostats in all rooms to control the underfloor heating and the DAIKIN inverter air-conditioning technology perfectly and energy-efficiently. For this high level of technology in a comparatively small house, it is important to have a very well-executed technical plan. We therefore have, in addition to the architect and technical architect, an engineer who is responsible only for the installations. So that every cable ends up in the right place. And so that we don’t lose ceiling height because—as is often the case—each trade simply lays “its” installations across those already in place.

Maybe a bit nerdy, but better to put a bit more effort into the planning. Than having to tear open walls later to find the right cables 😉
The outer shell of the pool is also almost finished; this photo gives you a good impression of how far along we already are!

And once again the almost final color scheme. The colors repeatedly leave room for internal discussion as well, because our more technically inclined colleagues consider all the fuss about “THE” right color scheme completely unnecessary and, of course, feel it highly endangers completion of the build. And the creative colleagues naturally don’t understand why it is so difficult to simply implement the right color scheme.
I’ve been asked again and again whether the “rear” houses actually also have sea views. Sure, the terraces are the same height. And are designed identically. But to show this transparently, Miguel took a current photo for you:

We’re well on schedule! And half of the houses are already rented! Many thanks to our “EarlyBirds” for the great trust—we won’t disappoint you!
