Better than feared!
The last few weeks were our site meeting in Cala Mayor rather say demanding. I had relied on an architect for the execution planning. And was then abandoned.
In the meantime, this has become quite a nice bunch. Characterized by a slight cynicism in view of the "things" or also "mistakes" that appear again and again. For which it is difficult to understand how it came to this in the first place ...
But when I arrived today, I was surprised. HOLGER, the construction company, had gone into full swing and had already installed the plasterboard cladding. And the terrace now had a floor.
Then, in the first bathroom, we noticed that large-format tiles had been pulled up almost two meters. When was the last time I saw that? No matter how, down again with the stuff. Microcement was then the keyword. And much less "slaughterhouse design".
In the next bathroom we found that the shower was not really accessible because the toilet was planned in the way. We looked at each other. And Elena knew that she had to do something.
I was then positively surprised again by the ceiling height, which we had discussed a lot in recent weeks. We start with 2.35 m in the entrance area, which then opens up to about 2.75 m. And in the bedrooms, bathrooms and small hallway area, we reach a full 2.55 m. And that's everywhere. We will beautifully achieve our design language of reduced lines.
So in summary: We are still waiting for samples from the air conditioners - diffusers. And of the windows, as we will match the color tone to the existing metalwork on the facade. But if the delivery times don't throw a wrench in our plans, we might even finish on time!
a dream
So honestly and without marketing glasses: I have never seen an apartment that has such views. And then also from all rooms. Not to mention the roof terrace... This is absolutely unique and an absolute dream to live in!
