Your role as a civil engineer will be a key one, as you will stand between the interests of our partners and our company interest.
You will mainly be involved in planning and supervising our construction projects. This means a constant on-time review of construction phases and coordinating our partners. There is nothing more cost-intensive than a standstill on a construction site. Furthermore, you will review and question cost calculations, construction plans and offers from our partners. The construction plans and offers from our partners must then be discussed internally with all stakeholders, such as architects, interior designers and legal, and checked again. In addition, you should preferably be familiar with the Mallorcan building regulations and have a sound basic knowledge of statics.
So you have a really important role with a lot of personal responsibility.
Our office is located in Portixol, in the first line of the sea. This will also be your place of work.
The Predator SL is a dynamic and young company, which is characterized by its human and team-oriented corporate culture. We attach great importance to flat hierarchies and an open communication structure that enables our employees to work quickly and effectively.
We build apartments and houses that we rent out. Occasionally, we also sell projects, but that is rather the exception in the absolute luxury segment. Our core business is renting.

So that we can communicate well, it would be great if you speak very good English. German is not essential for us. But Spanish is important.
