Today we would like to introduce you to an extraordinary project that our design team is particularly proud of - the La13. Although La13 is not yet fully completed, we can't wait to present you the first real pictures. This beautiful luxury property is located in the coveted bay of Portixol, right on the seafront, and offers breathtaking views of the coastline. We have paid special attention to the highest quality in the selection of materials to guarantee absolute luxury.

The waterfront promenade invites you to take a leisurely stroll, and the coastal cycle path connects the port of Palma de Mallorca with El Arenal over 20 kilometres. The entire stretch of coast is frequented by sportsmen and connoisseurs, and countless cafés and restaurants invite you to linger. Or buy a fishing rod and see what you catch?

It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to the old town of Palma, past the beautiful cathedral. Actually, Portixol does not officially exist. The district of Palma around which everything revolves here is El Molinar. And stretches roughly from the architecturally not necessarily worth mentioning Marina Plaza complex to the next town, Ciudad Jardin. The part closer to Palma is a former neighborhood of Molinar called Portixol, or El Portitxol in Mallorquin. After that comes El Molinar itself, named after the many windmills so typical of Mallorca. Portixol, the small fishing village directly on the sea is today almost more a hipster - meeting, but with a lot of charm and heart. It is probably the most popular hot spot of Palma de Mallorca.
