8 Molinar Townhouse Rent Palma

I'm banging the door down, the Molinar townhouses are no longer for sale. Now it's Townhouse Miete Palma.
In the last few weeks I have closed a few option contracts for new properties. A very tough time for the real estate agents and for me, a lot of work in acquisition, due diligence and legal issues. A big thank you to our lawyer Gabriel Nadal Fortuny who worked day and night in places to get things done for us!
You will see some very nice projects from us in Puerto d'Andratx, Puerto de Pollença, Cala Major and Palma in the future. I will keep you posted!
Price explosion: Townhouse rental Palma
Anyway, I saw that prices have risen sharply compared to our last 'buying round' a year ago. And I had to see that we are not in a position to buy a property that can match the rent of a MolinarTownhouse for less than 1.5 million euros. So we started asking ourselves: does it make sense to sell two of the houses? The answer is "no". For this reason, we will not continue to sell the houses, but start a reservation process next week with some nice discounts for 'early birds'.
If you were thinking of buying one of the houses, I'm really sorry to disappoint you. But maybe renting is an alternative? Rent a Palma townhouse now and maybe build it yourself in the meantime?
