This apartment by the sea is a wonderfully well-rounded package. Because it perfectly meets the needs of every Mallorca lover. You are in the absolute hotspot, possibly the most expensive in southern Europe. But you have privacy. An incredible sea view. You can even hear the sound of the sea. The apartment is luxurious. But we've designed it with practical features like storage space in mind. We don't want the apartment to be a chore. We want it to give you pleasure.
In first sea line is this spacious and completely renovated apartment with breathtaking sea views over the bay of Portixol. Particularly high quality workmanship and selected materials provide absolute luxury. Eat on the spacious terrace as the sun sets and the bay turns red. Thus, an evening meal on the spacious terrace, with the many dreamlike sunsets, becomes a highlight every time.
With a total area of 130m2, this dream property offers a large open plan living and dining area, three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en suite bathroom, another large bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a single bed that can also be used very well as a studio.
Particularly noteworthy are the terrace areas that add to the living space: a 40 m2 front terrace, plus 35 m2 of terrace space at the rear make this apartment something very exceptional. Terraces of this size, at living level, are hard to find in most Spanish apartment buildings! You will have access to a terrace area from every room.
High-quality Cortizo CorVision Pro sliding windows provide convenient access to the terrace without disturbing the breathtaking panoramic view. With the window open, the outdoor area integrates perfectly with the living-dining area, creating an airy and practical space to enjoy alone or in company.
Central air conditioning, underfloor heating, KNX - Smarthome - system, fully equipped kitchen with Gaggenau as well as Bora appliances and storage space are just some quality features of the property. A parking space is included in the package.
Due to the front terrace, this apartment has a huge advantage over most apartments that I have seen so far. Here you usually have a balcony. And if you're lucky, it's off a "useful" room, such as the kitchen. And not from the bedroom. But that such a large terrace is directly in front of the living area is an absolute exception. Because the roof terrace, which is always referred to, you will honestly never use in practice. That's always a "pick up". Carrying up drinks. Forgotten something? Down again. But a terrace on living level, that's top class!
The exact location of la13 is no secret: this apartment by the sea is in the best location of Portixol directly above the bay. And as the name suggests, it is located in Carrer del Vicari Joaquin Fuster with the house number 13.
Among them are the small cafes, from Enco to Es Vaixell (best Llonget of Palma they say ...). In the apartment it is nevertheless super quiet! If you want more info about Portixol, look here:

Actually, Portixol does not officially exist. The district of Palma around which everything revolves is El Molinar. It stretches from the Marina Plaza complex, which is not really worth mentioning architecturally, to the next town, Ciudad Jardin. The part closer to Palma is a former neighbourhood of Molinar called Portixol, or El Portitxol in Mallorquin. Then comes El Molinar itself, named after the many windmills so typical of Mallorca. Our colleague has written a nice article about the history of this trendy neighbourhood: The history of El Molinar
Portixol, the small fishing village right by the sea, is almost more of a hipster hangout today, but with a lot of charm and heart. It is probably the most popular hot spot in Palma de Mallorca.
The mixture of local, almost village-like serenity and lively, trendy gastronomy is certainly what makes this beautiful place so appealing. All of Palma strolls here at the weekend. But in the evenings and during the week, Mallorcan serenity settles over the beautiful little bay again ...
The waterfront promenade invites you to take a leisurely stroll, and the coastal cycle path connects the port of Palma de Mallorca with El Arenal over 20 kilometres. The entire stretch of coast is frequented by sportsmen and connoisseurs, and countless cafés and restaurants invite you to linger. Or buy a fishing rod and see what you catch?
It takes 20-30 minutes to walk to the old town of Palma, past the beautiful cathedral. Just around the corner you will find supermarkets, small grocery shops, a famous local butcher's shop, bicycle rental, gyms and whatever your heart desires. A car is more of a hindrance in Portixol, parking spaces are scarce in summer. However, public transport is close by and everything important is within walking distance.
