Our office is located directly in the bay of Portixol, directly in the first line of the sea. As well as our project elMar, a large townhouse directly in first line in Molinar.
Our office is like a second home. With beautiful views. And surrounded by great neighbours. And when we go home, we see the most beautiful sunsets on Mallorca. Follow us on Instagram and be part of this natural wonder, which is truly breathtaking, especially in Portixol.
Is there a better location than Portixol? In our opinion: "No". But of course it is a privilege to be able to be here. Because the times when Portixol was a rather poor neighbourhood are definitely over. And even for unrenovated small townhouses in the first line, prices of over 2 million euros are now being asked. Somewhat larger houses quickly reach 4-5 million. And we are talking about properties that are structurally in very mediocre condition. And they also have problems with illegalities.
