What is so special about Villa Molinar?
Here you can see in a small fast shot video the view from the master bedroom directly to the sea. And the size of the front terrace. And the great location.
You don't know Molinar? This is with Portixol our hippest neighborhood in Palma. Locals and tourists love to walk here. And there is a great selection of bars and restaurants and cafes. And around 10pm, total quiet returns. Then it goes from being a bustling hot spot to a quiet little village.
You will see the cathedral, the Bellver Castle, the Serra Burguesa and the complete bay of Palma. A dream!
The house has four spacious bedrooms and offers on its almost 300m2 at all really a lot of space. For a large family, which we are also happy to provide baby changing unit, baby chairs, cribs. Or for two families or a small tour group.
The huge garden is an oasis of peace and as you will also see in the satellite image absolutely unique in the entire location from Portixol to Molinar.
You live in the biggest house I know here. A historic house that the grandfather of our star architect Guillermo Reynes once built. And which we have now awakened again.
Tradition meets modernity. Of course, this includes great technical equipment. Fiberglass internet for highest speed makes even home office a pleasure. The 75″ TV in the living room lets the whole troop sit comfortably in front of the TV.
