Puerto Portals
The Christmas market in Puerto Portals opens its doors on December 14 and invites you to browse and enjoy until January 6. Over 40 festively decorated wooden stalls present a wide range of high-quality products: from Christmas decorations and accessories to handmade wooden toys. The offer is accompanied by delicious food and drink. This market is one of the region's favorites and offers a varied program for young and old. Mehr InformationenPalma &Plaza Mayor
From November 23 to January 7, a Christmas market is held in the Plaza Mayor, offering mainly nativity scenes and decorative items. There are also Christmas stalls with churros, handicrafts and festive accessories on the Rambla and near Plaza España. Particularly worth seeing: the impressive nativity scene exhibitions, for example in the town hall on Plaza Cort.
The Christmas market at the Plaza Mayor takes some getting used to for Central European visitors. The focus is on the sale of nativity scenes and the associated decorative items. This is done from containers that don't look very festive. If you are not particularly interested in "nativity scenes", you can probably save yourself a visit ...
Rambla
The Rambla is really beautiful when there is a Christmas market. The little stalls are, shall we say, rather pragmatic and simple (let's just call them containers) but the illuminated avenue with all the people strolling along under the plane trees in a Christmas atmosphere is simply beautiful. And just before the end there is a great waffle stand, don't miss it!
Borne
Basically not a Christmas market Mallorca, but simply opulent and beautifully decorated for Christmas. And the cafés have these not very environmentally friendly but very pleasant gas fires, so on warm days you can even sit outside and enjoy either a pre-Christmas chocolate or a delicious cocktail.
Pueblo Español

Mehr InformationenAdmission costs around €10 for adults and €2 for children. Children up to 6 years have free admission. The Pueblo Español is located less than 1 km from the bay of Palma and is easy to reach by car, offers free parking (which is often full when it's Christmas market time) and is well connected to public transport (which is our recommendation).
From 12:00 to 23:00 - Son Espanyolet
Santa Ponsa
In Santa Ponça, the Christmas market awaits you again this year at the El Molí de Calvià fairground, right by the highway exit. From 23 November to 15 December, the "Mercadillo de Navidad" offers a colorful program, especially for children: a large LEGO tent, craft activities and decorating Christmas trees provide fun. There is also a flea market and atmospheric Christmas decorations from England, as well as live music from a German band.
From Monday to Friday from 5pm to 10pm, at weekends and on public holidays from 10am to 10pm - Santa Ponsa
Port Adriano
Son Amar
From November 30 to December 12 - always from Thursday to Sunday - the House of Son Amar becomes a Christmas theme park. And that's exactly how you should imagine it. Immerse yourself in the (somewhat American-style) Christmas atmosphere and enjoy a varied program of activities with a traditional arts and crafts market. There is plenty of entertainment for young and old, including a large ice skating rink, daily performances of "It's Christmas" with the artists from the shows "Exhibit II" and "Ohalá", a visit to Santa Claus' cave and, of course, plenty to eat and drink!
From 3 to 9 p.m. - Son Amar
Santuari de Lluc
On the high plateau of the Serra de Tramuntana, right next to the historic Santuari de Lluc, the island's most important monastery. On December 21 and 22, the Plaça dels Pelegrins is transformed into a festively illuminated fairground full of Christmas atmosphere. A diverse selection awaits you at around 40 stands: from handmade products, decorations and culinary specialties to textiles and ecological articles.
From 5 to 9 pm - Santuari de Lluc
Alaró
This Mallorca Christmas market takes place in one of the most picturesque regions of Mallorca, on a high plateau surrounded by the highest mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana, right next to the Santuari de Lluc, perhaps the most important historical monastery on the island. It takes place over two days in December (on December 9 and 10) in the Plaça dels Pelegrins (Pilgrims' Square), which is festively lit up and full of Christmas spirit. The forty or so stalls offer a wide range of products associated with this festive season, including decorative items, culinary delights, textiles, ecological products and an impressive variety of handmade items.
And with a lot of luck, you have the best chance on the island of getting a bit of snow here. After all, the monastery is one of the highest places on the island at over 1000 meters above sea level.
From 10:30 am to 9 pm - Alaró
