Enjoy the WIP04 - Molinar Townhouses Update. It's been a few years since we arrived on the beautiful island of Mallorca and I still remember the first word I heard in Mallorca: sa piscina!
Since then we have fallen in love with the island! Here are some photos of the progress of each of the pools you will enjoy at Molinar Townhouses. Each house has its own small pool, so you can enjoy your time in Mallorca in total privacy and relaxation!
Soon we will start with the stone work and I think I can say that it will be spectacular! Each house will have its own special atmosphere. As you know, we at Predator are very detail-oriented...
In addition, the installation of the underfloor heating has begun. The houses are very close to the sea, and in winter it sometimes gets humid on Mallorca, which makes the perceived temperature more uncomfortable than it actually is. Underfloor heating is perfect for creating a pleasant and comfortable climate in the house. It is precisely these details that make a house a home in the end!
What else has happened? I am really happy and also a bit proud that 5 houses are already rented . The most recent contract is for the first house viewed from the sea. I will update the website soon!
