Our lovely neighbors in Portixol from our property la23 are spending Christmas at home in Germany. But before they flew back, they wanted to say goodbye to the whole team with an unexpected Christmas greeting and a gift for the entire team.

We’re thrilled to see them so happy. A great motivation for us! These delightful clients are emblematic of the kind of neighborhood we experience here. In every respect, a colorful mix of nationalities, age groups, and social circumstances!

The entire Predator team would like to express its heartfelt thanks to such wonderful people and clients as Henner & Johanna Löffler from Cologne, who give us motivation and enthusiasm for every day we spend considering how we can create dream properties to make this Portixol lifestyle a reality!

Our office is located right in the bay of Portixol, directly on the front line of the sea. Just like our project elMar, a large townhouse directly on the front line in Molinar.

Our office is like a second home. With beautiful views. And surrounded by great neighbors. And when we go home, we see Mallorca’s most beautiful sunsets. Follow us on Instagram and be part of this natural wonder, which is truly breathtaking in scale, especially in Portixol.

Is there a better location than Portixol? In our opinion: “No.” But of course it’s a privilege to be able to be here. Because the days when Portixol was a rather poor neighborhood are definitely over. And even for unrenovated small townhouses on the front line, prices of over 2 million euros are now being asked. Slightly larger houses quickly reach 4–5 million. And we’re talking about properties that are structurally in very mediocre condition. And that also have issues with illegalities.

Our advantage: We know the spirit of this location. And we know every house … So if you’re looking for something here, ask us! Even if we can’t help directly, we’ll be happy to advise you. We believe in long-term relationships between us and our clients. And therefore it’s important for us to always be close to you. Even if we may not be able to offer you anything at times.
