Holiday home in Portixol

Many of you have known Portixol very well, and for a long time. So you may know us too. What hasn’t existed so far is a holiday home right on the seafront in the bay of Portixol. In top quality.

For most, the dream of having your own little house in Portixol or Molinar, especially right on the seafront, is no longer achievable. Purchase prices for unrenovated properties from 2 million upwards naturally limit the number of those who can still afford to buy.

But why not enjoy two weeks of luxury vacation for once?

We’ve been thinking that we will convert two of the houses from our portfolio, number 35 and number 39, for a luxury holiday rental concept.

Today I’ll show you what we have planned for the “39”. And instead of talking for ages, take a look at the image series. The renders are by Pilar, who is responsible for the interior design for this holiday home in Portixol.

The design isn’t 100% finished yet. So if you have suggestions, feel free to write them in the comments. We’re planning completion towards autumn / winter 2022.

The “39” has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. And it is a complete little house right on the seafront in Portixol.

You’ll enter the ground floor via a small terrace in front; inside you’ll find the living area and the large open kitchen with the dining area.

Up the stairs you reach the first floor, where you’ll find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. From there it continues out to the roof terrace, where you can soak up the sun almost completely out of sight.

We’ve calculated one week in the “39” at between 2,500 euros and 7,500 euros. Of course, in the end that will depend on season and availability, but it’s intended as a rough guideline.
