Molinar Townhouse Rental Palma

Dear customers,

I’ll get straight to the point: the Molinar townhouses are no longer for sale. Now it’s all about townhouse rental in Palma.

In recent weeks, I have signed a few option contracts for new properties. A very tough time for real-estate agents and for me—lots of work in acquisition, due diligence, and legal matters. A big thank-you to our lawyer Gabriel Nadal Fortuny, who at times worked day and night to get things done for us!

In the future you will see some very beautiful projects from us in Puerto d’Andratx, Puerto de Pollença, Cala Major and Palma. I’ll keep you posted!

In any case, I have seen that prices have risen sharply compared to our last “buying round” a year ago. And I had to realize that we are not able to buy a property that can achieve the rental level of a Molinar townhouse for less than EUR 1.5 million. So we began to ask ourselves: does it make sense to sell two of the houses? The answer is: “No.” For this reason, we will not continue selling the houses, but will start a reservation process next week with some nice discounts for “early birds.”

If you were considering buying one of the houses, I’m truly sorry to disappoint you now. But perhaps renting is an alternative? Rent a townhouse in Palma now and maybe build your own in the meantime?
