elMar – Townhouse in Portixol by the Sea

Do you like the color blue? We’ve prepared something really special here… Our spectacular townhouse in Portixol on the seaside promenade. We assume that the “first stone” can be laid in mid-2022.

This wonderful townhouse will be built on two plots that we have combined. That way you have sea views straight ahead and from the side as well, and the extraordinary situation of experiencing a generous living dream on the first line by the sea.

In Portixol, you can only rarely buy a newly built house, as most houses in this area, in my opinion, are too small for a family or buyers with more discerning requirements.

That’s why it was an enormous stroke of luck for us when, in addition to the front house, we were also able to buy a second house. Then we demolished both houses and are now rebuilding them completely from scratch in an “L” shape as one large house.

The whole process has now been going on for 5 years. By the time it is completed, 7 years will have passed. Just to make clear how difficult and time-consuming such a project really is. You can therefore imagine why projects like this rarely come onto the market!

A few words about the location for those who don’t know it: Portixol is a small district of Palma, located directly by the sea. Less than 10 minutes to the airport, less than 10 minutes to Palma’s old town. The sea right on your doorstep. And unlike most areas on the first line by the sea, it also has a beach, not rocky cliffs. And with infrastructure within walking distance. For example, the supermarket. A huge selection of restaurants, daily provisions with direct access—truly a perfect location!
