LaCasa Molinar: The largest house in the area of Portixol and Molinar.  Size does matter … You know Portixol and Molinar. A charming former fishing village. With many small and cute houses. Sometimes two houses were combined. But there has never been a construction project with a proper “official” house.

That is exactly where our “laCasa Molinar” comes in. On one of our plots, directly in front of the “Molinar Townhouses”, we are currently planning a high-quality and truly large house. The plot is over 310 m2, and the house will have well over 400 m2 of comparable living space.

Time and again we were asked: “But is there a garage?” Or: “I need 5 bedrooms.” Or also: “I need more storage space.” Until now, we could only shrug and offer no product.

So take a look at the floor plan here. It’s not final yet; we’re still improving it here and there. But as you can see, we have planned features such as a double garage, a sauna, and truly generous living areas.

Upstairs it then continues with four more bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. And another office or studio. In case working from home continues for a long time yet … You can also see that we have lavishly and luxuriously left open air space above the living area to create an incomparably good sense of space.

And just take a look at the size of even the smallest bedrooms. You won’t find that elsewhere.

Of course, the house will also meet the highest standards in its finishes. And in terms of its technical quality, it will probably be quite unrivalled.

The location is perfect. 50m to the sandy beach and the Molinar promenade. Less than a 5-minute walk to Portixol. But much quieter. If you take a look here at Google Maps , you can see the condition the plot was in before. In the rear section of Calle Moragues, our 8 houses of the Molinar Townhouse project are currently being built. In front of that, the 310 m2 could be for you 🙂
