Portixol 1st sea line!

We do have an absolute top-class product on the first sea line in development with elMar. But unfortunately, the building permit is still a long time coming.

This shows exactly the problem here in Portixol and Molinar: a project now takes around 5 years until it is realised. And that doesn’t exactly loosen up a tight market …

There are simply no good, finished houses on the market right now. Sure, first sea line is super rare anyway. And then finished and well built as well?

Until a friend showed me this house that his parents are selling. I then asked him whether I could send it to my clients. And here we are.

The house has an insanely beautiful Scandinavian design. Colours and materials coordinated down to the smallest detail. It radiates an incredible sense of calm. Very pared back in its lines and colours. And yet incredibly cosy!
