La13: Unique Luxury Property by the Sea – Exclusivity and Elegance in Portixol
Immerse yourselves in the magical world of La13, a unique luxury property by the sea in Portixol, where exclusivity and elegance go hand in hand. Here, you can expect a breathtaking view over the bay that would even make the sun jealous. Let the gentle sea waves lull you to sleep and wake up with a smile, as if dolphins were greeting you for breakfast.
Today we would like to introduce you to an extraordinary project that our design team is particularly proud of – La13. Although La13 has not yet been fully completed, we can hardly wait to present you with the first real images. This beautiful luxury property is located in the sought-after bay of Portixol, right by the sea, and offers a breathtaking view of the coastline. We placed special emphasis on the highest quality when selecting the materials to guarantee absolute luxury.
With a total area of 130 m², this dream property offers a spacious open-plan living and dining area, three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another spacious bedroom with a double bed, as well as a smaller bedroom with a single bed that is also ideal for use as a studio.
Particularly impressive are the generous terrace areas that are added in addition to the living space. A 40 m² terrace at eye level with the sea and a 35 m² terrace at the rear of the property make this apartment truly special. Such generous terraces on the living level are rarely found in most Spanish apartment buildings these days! From almost every room you have access to your own terrace area.
In addition, there is the option to purchase a garage parking space directly in the building. Such a garage parking space in Portixol is truly a rarity. Anyone who has once enjoyed the convenience of a private parking space won’t want to do without it in Portixol. In summer, it can easily take half an hour to find a public parking space, while with your own garage space you can park comfortably and stress-free.
Our design team’s attention to detail is also reflected in La13. A high-quality Cortizo sliding door provides convenient access to the terrace without compromising the breathtaking panoramic view. When you open the windows, the indoor and outdoor areas merge perfectly, creating an airy and practical space you can enjoy on your own or with company. Central air conditioning, underfloor heating, a KNX smart home system, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with Gaggenau and Bora appliances and plenty of storage space are just some of the quality features of this property.
Priced at 2.590.000 euros, La13 offers an incredible investment opportunity for those looking for a luxury property in one of the most sought-after locations on the island.
The mix of local, almost village-like tranquillity and a bustling scene of restaurants surely makes this beautiful place so appealing as well. All of Palma strolls here at the weekend. But in the evenings and during the week, Mallorcan calm settles over the beautiful little bay again.
The waterfront promenade invites you to take a leisurely stroll, and the coastal cycle path connects the port of Palma de Mallorca with El Arenal over 20 kilometres. The entire stretch of coast is frequented by athletes and bon vivants; countless cafés and restaurants invite you to linger. Or buy yourself a fishing rod and see what you catch?
On foot, you can reach Palma’s Old Town in 20–30 minutes, passing the beautiful cathedral. Just around the corner you’ll find supermarkets, small grocery shops, a famous local butcher, a bike rental, gyms, and whatever your heart desires. A car is more of a hindrance in Portixol; in summer, parking spaces are scarce.
Strictly speaking, Portixol doesn’t officially exist. The Palma neighbourhood that everything here revolves around is El Molinar. And it extends roughly from the Marina Plaza complex, which is not necessarily worth mentioning architecturally, all the way to the next area, Ciudad Jardin. The part closer to Palma is a former area of Molinar called Portixol, or El Portitxol in Mallorquin. After that comes El Molinar itself, named after the many windmills so typical of Mallorca. Our colleague has written a lovely article about the history of this trendy district.
Portixol, the little fishing village right by the sea, is today almost more of a hipster meeting spot, though with plenty of charm and heart. It is probably the most popular hot spot in Palma de Mallorca.
