WIP02. The partitions are in and the 8 houses of the Molinar Townhouse project are slowly taking shape! We have chosen the best interior partition system for dry construction, a double board wall cladding, one of which is OSB wood, which gives the house excellent thermal and acoustic properties, and the other a Q3 - quality plasterboard.
WIP02 - The cables are coming!
Pre-installation for electricity and air conditioning has begun, and the houses will also be equipped with KNX Smarthome bus system. The air-conditioning units are ducted fan coil units and operate with the latest inverter system from DAIKIN using the high-pressure method. More expensive. But more sustainable and efficient.
We also chose the mixtures for the microcement of the bathroom surfaces and floors:
However, there is one thing we are not yet clear about: Should we perhaps design the small niches in the shower in the same colour as the traditional shutters on the façade? I'll be doing a little survey on this soon and look forward to a lively participation!
