I don't think I have to write much about it... The views from the Cala Mayor Penthouse are incredible. You look over the entire bay. The entire long front of both penthouses looks out to sea.

The essence of Mallora
Yesterday, in a team meeting, we discussed what actually makes our objects. Pilar, our interior designer, said it was about the "essence of Mallorca". It was also about the fact that almost all of us are not from Mallorca. And that somehow we were looking for something here.
What is really important?
In the end, it's always about the weather. About light, sun and views. And then it occurred to me that I could show you the views from two penthouses we bought in Cala Major at the beginning of the year.
One penthouse is about 150m2, the smaller one 60m2 approximately. The large apartment has an almost equally large roof terrace and a complete balcony in the front, the smaller flat has two spacious balconies.
But before I ramble on, I'll let a few photos of my colleague Israel do the talking:

The roof terrace is amazing! But as you can see, there is still a lot of work ahead of us and the team from MCM Architektur.
